lock.txt commands

This section lists all valid commands for lock.txt which can be used to work with the software configuration lock, by transferring it via USB mass storage. This is a file which must contain the string !VTAPlock at the start. (If you are using a serial command interface to your VTAP reader you may find the ?l and ?u Dynamic configuration commands more convenient.)
