BLE scanner input in Cloud mode

Bluetooth scanner input can be used to connect a Bluetooth barcode/QR code scanner to read the barcodes/QR codes and send them to the VTAP Cloud, and optionally, a selected VTAP100-PRO-BW interface.

The VTAP100-PRO-BW reader is configured through the VTAP Cloud with the Bluetooth scanner host settings to suit your application. If you need any changes please contact our support team at vtap‑support@dotorigin.com.

Pairing and connecting with NETUM C750 barcode scanner

Follow these steps to pair and connect your VTAP100-PRO-BW reader with the NETUM C750 barcode/QR code scanner, assuming our support team has set your reader up for this:

1. Switch on the NETUM scanner and press the top button once, enabling the pairing. The scanner will beep when button is pressed.

2. The VTAP100-PRO-BW reader will automatically detect and pair with the NETUM scanner. Once paired, the scanner will beep again and show stable blue LED (indicating active connection).

3. Now you can start using the NETUM scanner with the VTAP100-PRO-BW reader. The barcodes/QR codes scanned by the NETUM scanner will be output from the VTAP100-PRO-BW reader in the same way as an NFC tap payload.
