VTAP Cloud subscription

After a reader is activated, which means it has connected to the VTAP Cloud platform over Wi‑Fi for the first time, it will attract a subscription fee (on a monthly or annual basis, as agreed). This means that you can operate a small number of readers during an initial demonstration phase, at lower cost, before deploying a larger number of readers or starting a phased roll-out, even if you take delivery of all the readers together.

Company details, which are used for billing by Dot Origin, can be checked by selecting your Name and organisation, at the top of the left hand menu on the VTAP Cloud platform. If there are any changes please contact vtap‑support@dotorigin.com
