Troubleshooting in VTAP Cloud
Here are a few problems that could occur when using the VTAP Cloud platform, with help to resolve them.
You will only be able to select from applications stored on the VTAP Cloud by your organisation. Dot Origin will provide or collaborate on public or private scripts to suit your intended application, based on your onboarding form. This results in one or more application types available to your organisation.
Only when you have added applications on the Applications page will they appear in dropdown menus to choose for your readers or fleets.
So if you can't see any applications on the Applications page, please get in touch with us at vtap‑support@dotorigin.com.
You can add or change your own fleets on the Fleets page.
Only when you have added fleets on the Fleets page will they appear in dropdown menus to choose for your readers.
One or more initial configurations for your readers may have been created from your onboarding information, but you can then add or change the configurations available for your organisation on the Configurations page.
Only when you have added configurations on the Configurations page will they appear in dropdown menus to choose for your readers or fleets.
The LED will flicker approximately once per minute, to provide visual confirmation that it is making contact with the VTAP Cloud.
